I can't help you with the charge capacity however I have a 2002 Windsor also, and have had the system recharged twice now since owning it in Dec of 2003. I've had the system pressure checked and there are no leaks but the coolant seems to leak out. It may be due to lack of use during the cooler months so I am going to use it more frequently to lubricate the seals and see if that helps in keeping the coolant from leaking out.

Richard, if the R134 leaks out then there is a leak. If it goes down again you should ask for ultraviolet dye to be added to the system so you can have the leak traced. I couldn't find a leak in one system because it was the schrader valve I was hooked up to trying to find the leak (lol). With the UV dye it is real easy to find the leak. I found mine in the expansion valve located in the front but it could be any oring at any fitting. Make sure all the low pressure and high pressure valves have sealing type caps on them.

Larry, call Monaco techline and they can tell you exactly how much you need. My Sig took four lbs total.

Folks on the Monacoers group said 76 oz. I needed 90oz to get 30/190 at 50 degrees outlet temp after evacuating and leak check.
