I simply plugged the TV into another outlet... The 115v outlet in the other cabinet does not turn off with the ignition.
I should have mentioned... be sure to choose an outlet that is connected to the inverter (if available). It makes it nice when pulling stakes to hit the road... your TV / Entertainment System stays on!
