Half to three quarters of an inch seems like an awful lot. Did this just start? I can't see it being out that far from the factory.

I have seen them out an eighth to quarter and that is compensated for by shimming the hydraulic ram, but much more than that almost eludes to the fact that something may be obstructing the slide room from retracting.

Mike.

I have always had a air flow sound since I got it two years ago while driving but assumed it was worn seals. While getting it ready for the season a friend noticed that when I retracted the slide top would pop out some when the bottom sealed correct. I thought it had some pivot pins or adjustment screws towards the outside of the slide.

Mine is a year newer but the design might be the same as yours. Do you have automatic slide locks that engage in the upper corners when the slide is fully retracted?
