It's pressure tank used by the rear toilet to push the "flush" to the holding tank under the 1/2 bath toilet. The shore water or the coach water pump will build the pressure up in the tank, when you flush the rear toilet it pushes it down the drain pipe to the holding tank. I have a pressure gauge on the input to my hot water tank and have seen that you need over 40 lbs. for system to work good, it will work with less but not as good. It takes some time after the flush to build pressure back up. I really think that keeping the "flush" volume down probably helps(not too much flush and tissue at one time). The pipe/hose to the holding tank is not 4" and pressure helps to macerate the flush so it can go down the pipe/hose to the holding tank. If you have a BIG job to do, maybe flush more or use the 1/2 bath toilet. I only SEE that toilet, it's the bosses bathroon and she is the queen of that throne!(and she's not very big) guess you see what I'm trying to say?
Good luck
