2004 Windsor Shock Upgrade

We have ordered Bilsteins for our 2004 PST Windsor to replace the OEM Monroes. Hopefully this will compliment our recent Michelin tire upgrade ( last week). Our question is this, can we remove the Monroes ( all 8) prior to the new install, if nothing else, to get a jump on the nightmare? We would properly support the R/V while shockless.

Thanks in advance as we do appreciate the knowledge of all affiliated with this amazing forum.

You won't be disappointed with the shock upgrade at all.
What chassis do you have?

As long as you're not going to drive the coach, you can remove all the shocks.

Thanks for the information, ours is a PST and we love it . We have just replaced the CRT Sony with a LCD Sony Bravia, cutting down the cabinet was a snap ( once we got our courage up). The custom fit and finish is spectacular . The bonus were lessening the risk of hitting our heads on the low slung cabinet and ALL that weight, WOW.

Again, Thanks to all.
