Hi Doug & Maddy! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Sorry I don't know anything about that model.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

What year and models were involved in the recall?

But well worth the ride. Look closley at the attachment. Notice the vastly different looking trailing arms. If yours look like the ones on the right, they are the replacement -- no worries. THe ones on the left are RoadMaster. Whether original or replaced as part of the recall, they are suspect, to put it nicely. I bought a bumper to bumper warrento with zero down for about five grand. Drove my 06 RR4R all fat, dumb and happy. It drove well, handles great, rode smooth. But a year and 5,000 miles later, my mechanic said he would not allow me to drive off his lot. My driver side rear trailing arm was now a two-piece mod. When it broke, who knows. My warranty company paid 100% of the replacement with these upgraded trailing arms.

Here's the brochure for it:

https://www.rvroundtable.com/wp-cont...almadiesel.pdf

It's a diesel, sooo...

The recall was "involving defective rear suspension trailing arms on motorhomes manufactured by the former Monaco Coach Corporation (MCC) and built on Roadmaster R4R and RR4R chassis equipped with the Monaco Gold (also known as R-Way) suspension."

The brochure states the La Palma is
• Roadmaster RSR Rails Chassis
• Cummins ISB-AD 300 HP Low Torque
Engine with Allison 1000 MH 5 speed
World Transmission

Sorry to alarm you, but I'd have it checked anyway.
