My guess is you still have low voltage to the rear camera and/or monitor system. The headlights draw quite a lot of current. If the connection point for the power for the camera system is in the same circuit path from the battery as the headlights, then when the headlights are on the voltage could drop just enough to start the camera to rolling. Trace out where the camera/monitor gets it 12 VDC power from and make sure you have a good connection. Also check the ground. A resistive ground connection to the camera could cause the same problem. Maybe someone has a wiring diagram for your coach that they could send you. Disconnect all plugs going to the monitor and camera and make sure the contacts are clean. Use a high quality contact cleaner like this:
