2007 Camelot slide

I am having issues with my driver side bedroom slide. It will extend but not retract. Rev group has it repairing the windshield. They replaced the motor, still won’t retract, said it might be the controller or a mouse chewed the wire. I told them I would fix it. They charge toooo much. Does anyone know what brand the slide out is and where the controller is mounted.
