2007 HR Vacationer parking brake

This is my first time posting on any forum, so if I make a mistake please forgive me. I recently purchased a 2007 Vacationer, one of my problems is the parking brake is difficult to set, is this normal? Is there a forum for Vacationer owners?

Are you talking about the handle that you pull up to engage the air brake/parking brake?

2007 HR Vacationer parking brake

The vacationer does not have air brakes. When pushing the foot pedal it does not engage until it is pressed to the floor, and sometimes not then.

My parking brake acts in the same manner. It must be a vacationer thing.
