Try the seat manufacturer
I can't help directly but have faced a similar situation and I would suggest going to the seat manufacturer. My 2001 Monaco has pilot seats made by Villa International, which is a Cal and Indiana company. You can Google them. Villa has their name monogrammed into the leather on the inside of the skirt down on the center isle side of the pilot seat. You pull up the skirt and it is easy to see. Villa is one of two or three major manufacturers of these big plush captains seats and whichever you have should be able to provide you with electrical diagrams to their seats as well as technical assistance for electrical problems.
Good luck, and drive many safe miles. !!
