ARe you talking about the ball inside that rolls against the stem washers? Probably moen or delta and all available at HD, Lowes, or ACE

From your other post, it sounds like you need to replace all the internal parts for your valve. Easily done. Most stores have rebuild kits. Likely no issues with the valve body itself. But the internal washers and parts wear out over time.

Something like this may be what you need if they stock it at the local HD


Mine did not say Delta anywhere on it and the replacement plastic ball (not a lever) would not work.
