Monaco has recently updated their website to include the 2008 offering. They no longer offer a 38' coach in either Endeavor or Diplomat. They have updated the Ambassador and Knight from a 330 HP to a 360 HP. The base prices are 10,000 to 12,000 higher for the new ULSD engines.

Does anyone have a guess why they no longer offer a 38' 400 HP in the Diplomat or Endeavor?

Thanks,

dwbop

DWBop...

I believe you will find they cut the same floorplans in the new 2008 Holiday Ramblers
If you look at that site... and also the new 2008 Monaco site you will see that all pictures are also sketches.
I for one, am glad that we got a 2007. I am not too fond of the color schemes. Too many bright colors on the outside ...and inside colors don't fit my taste either...

Bummer, no more Atrium floorplan (PAQ) either. Looks like I got a collector-item already. Wonder how many more years before I can apply for an antique license-plate?

Looks like the less-popular models are being weeded-out.

Less popular - or less ordered by the dealers?
I prefer your model and dignbubbs floorplan over the one that seems to show up on the dealer lots...

Floor plans are all a matter of taste. We just ordered a 2008 Diplomat 40SKQ - we really loved the forward kitchen with full tile to the bedroom (very little carpet) and the TV down with the fireplace under the TV. All a matter of taste. We also ordered the latest color scheme - Tommy Bahama - not even shown on the Web site yet - black counter tops and head board. Our final price from DeMartini was less than Lazydays wanted for a 2007 with the "old engine". All a matter of choice - -

Bill..
I like that floorplan a lot too. It has some very nice features! Any idea as to when you will finally be able to pick it up?
I am thinking that Bahama scheme will be better than what they have up as normal choices (I like the Bahama clothing line - I can't imagine I would not like the RV line!)

It is scheduled to come off the production line on August 27th - hopefully we can get it the first week of September. I have a PDF of the color scheme they gave us at the factory - just have to figure how to post it.

It looks good to us - hope it comes out the same way on the coach.
