I am wondering if I can check my fuel mileage through the instrument panel computer? I can see total miles driven, trip logs, trans temp - but cannot seem to find a way to check mileage. I would be very surprised if you could not check this!

YZ I have a 08 Knight with a computer, my mileage is displayed in two place, the numbered trip and the trip fuel statistics. I reset the the trip fuel at the start of the trip and start the #1 trip leg, that starts the trip fuel display. I hope this helps, I just finished a 4200 mile strip and the computer showed 8.4 MPG with 4200 miles which was the same as the speedometer and displayed the gallons. used. I keep my tickets and when I added I bought more fuel by about 10% than was displayed by the computer. I don't know if I made a mistake or the computer was wrong. I am keeping a log on the next trip.

Remember your computer will not monitor your fuel usage of your generator & aqua-hot if you have one.

I see this is an older thread, but we just returned from picking up our 2011 Knight 36pft. Drove 400.2 miles, including a 40 mile climb up I-540 from Alma to Fayetteville, AR, during which I left the cruise control on 65, to see if the engine could maintain speed. It performed beautifully, no loss of speed, just hunkered down and pulled a few times. Filled up this morning with 40.1 Gal. of fuel

Looks like Navastar Monaco has a winner with their Maxxforce twin turbo diesel engines. de
