2012 Monaco Knight 36 I few more things repaired

Here are a few more items I have had to repair during the first 8 months.

Pantry drawers, Had to add latches to each drawer as all 4 would roll out on right turns because the door latches are not enough.

Passenger seat spring. Under the right conditions the footrest mechanism can catch the cushion spring and bend it all up.

Vacuum plumbing. The wye between the hose and floor pickups was in upside down. Correct orientation shown.

Slide relay wiring. The latches on these light duty connectors is not enough to hold up the weight of the heavy wires. In this position the slide stops working. Added wire ties to hole the connectors together.

While a pita they seem to be your standard rv detailing issues, would be nice if qc caught a few more of these items.
All except the pantry, that is just a design flaw. But I do like your fix on it.

what did they do with the drawers?

Mine is an 08, probably uses the same latches...
Both the lower and the upper cabinets tend to fly open at the slightest turn.
Truly a robin williams RV moment.
It is getting old tho.
On my list

"They" did nothing, I added the latches shown in the picture.

2008 Knight DFT repairs

Did you ever check the support for the fresh water tank I did and mine was bending. I added an additional support strut 1 1/2" x 1 1/2 " unistrut bolted to the original and bolted to cross members that is after jacking the bent support back into place.
