I need some help. We traded coaches this year and now have a HR Endeavor with the 400 ISL. We are about to take a long trip to the west coast and I was reading about spare parts to take, just in case. Our owners manual for the coach lists very few spare parts recommendations, but one odd one is a spare t-clamp for the charge air cooler. I know what it is, but have yet to find any threads mentioning failure or maintenance issues on this. I thought it was very odd to have the owners manual (2006) list it, but not find any issues folks are having with it. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

Congrats on the new coach.

Haven't heard anything about failures either. I have a different coach and my manual doesn't mention anything in the CAC section. Wonder if it's like having duct tape around? It would come in handy if you had to splice a hose or if the hose came off and the clamp was lost.

Does your trip include the HR Ramblin' Pusher Maintenance Session in Goshen? If you're not familiar with it you can read about it here. Ramblin' Pushers - Chapter 419 of HRRVC - MS Overview
