I see that I am not the only one having windshield problems. My problem is the nicely paved roads of Indiana have caused my windshield to separate from the front of the coach. Luckily I noticed it when I got home while washing it. I can just see a little gap between the coach and the windshield. I guess I am lucky it is not laying on the road.
Is this common?
What do I need to do to keep this from happening again?
Was the windshield not installed properly or just came loose from road abuse?
Thank you Chris

Where is the gap? Along one of the sides, or in a corner?

Hi Chris:

My windshield came loose in the lower right hand (passenger) corner. It seems that the windshield is ONLY glued in tight at the top and the rest is free floating. The windshield was repaired by putting in a flexible sealant from the window to the seal and then the seal to the coach. This was the glass companies standard fix for this problem. They told me not to level it for 2 days but it would be fine afterwards. Total cost was $180.

The outer edge of the passenger side is out about 5/8 of an inch. It has a gap at the top passenger side corner.

I had a glass guy who is luckily a good friend look at it and he said the same thing as your glass guy said. He wants to take out both wind shields and urethane the seal to the coach while reinstalling the wind shields. I will post the results.
