96 Dynasty odometer not reading right

Hi Club Members, On this trip from Centeral Florida to Centeral Vermont, with some detures, I know its 1600 miles. My odometer read 1400! Anyone know where to check this out? Can this be fixed? PS, I have done this trip many times in several vehicles and know the true didtance! greatallegro5

Check it against the mile markers on the highway.

The back side of the speedo might have a set of DIP switches that match the speedo to the drive train. Mine was off 9%. Pull the speedo out and look for the manufacturer's info to change the correction factor.

Hi VanDiemen23, Will you email me at greatallegro5@aol.com, and go into a little more detail about how to pull out the Speedo, what those switches look like and what to do to reset them? Also where do I find the Factory settings! Thanks so much for your advice. allegro5
