98' HRE Levelers Acting Up

The last two times after lowering the passengers side leveling jacks I noticed the next day that one stayed down and the other had retracted. Would like to do some trouble shooting before calling in a mobile mechanic$$$$$$$$. I do not see any leaking fluid.
Thanks to all that respond.

Do the front jacks have an exterior spring and the rear jacks an internal spring ?
HWH or Power Gear ?
Is it the front jack or the rear that is not retracting ?

They are HWH w/External springs

I cannot see any leaking fluid so there has to be some valve that's letting the fluid release and the springs are pulling it back up? Youtube has no videos and the manuals that came with the coach tell me nothing.I would like to be able to work on these levelers because another one has a small leak.
Whatever experience you have to help me out would be appreciated.
Thanks/Jim
