99 Monaco Diplomat fuse panel

Can anyone tell me what this is? It has a test button on it, that doesn't seem to do anything.

I have something like this on my coach. Mine is part of the ABS system, you can get the blink codes by following a specific procedure. Mine is located on the drivers side front run bay.

In my case I have to turn the key on (do not start), wait about ~5 seconds, depress the brake pedal ONCE, go around to the front run bay and press the small button for 1 second. If there is no problems it will give a blink code for that plus any other problems you might have.
