What is ( RVA ) I am having problems with something, but I don't know what it is. Rear end bags are completely down. With engine running, air pressure will build enough to turn the low air alarm off. Leveling jacks do not work. Front of motor home is at ride height. Air dump does not work. I bought this motor home used, and the dump valve never did work. "Any ideas" 1999 Monaco Diplomat, 38', 360ci Cummins. 75K miles

Sounds to me like you have a major lair leak in the rear of the coach.
You might think about starting your own thread as I think you will get a better response You also need to give us more clues as to what you have done, when it started what your rig is
