Accessing holding tanks

1999 Dynasty 40' PBS.
would like to get access to the holding tanks to fix or replace the sensors. Also fuel tank.

ON my 99 WIndsor the sensors are accessed from the passenger side directly across from dump vales... No latch but the door is secured with strap under coach.. Same with fuel tank.. James

My tanks can be accessed by the door opposite the dump valves on the passenger side too BUT you have to look in the crack on the latch side for two Philips screws and the door opens right up.
