Accessing Shift Panel on HR Vacationer XL

Can someone enlighten me on how to remove the panel that allows access to the shift panel as well as leveling controls on 2008 HR Vacationer XL 38 PLT. Believe this to be common to most Monaco products of this year that have the shift pad to the left of the driver.

There are two buttons that retain the panel but cannot figure out if they just unscrew or do the covers pop off and have a screw head underneath like the other items around the dash as well as the trim panels.

If the top spins then it's a cover. Pop it off to get to the screw

Appreciate the quick feedback. The reason for question is the piece is not like the normal button style fastener which has a cover. This piece appears to spin as a one piece unit and I do not want to destroy. Not sure whether the unit is a screw type button or a button that presses thru a retainer clip on back. Will have to get an inspection mirror behind the panel and see if anything is obvious.
