On our previous Rvs I always added outside faucets to he passenger side for easier cleanup of the picnic table and cooking utensils afterwards. Well today I finally got around to adding a kitchen faucet to the Monaco’s passenger side. Had to move one plumbing line to make room but very happy with the final result. Added shutoffs to the hot and cold lines just for peace of mind.

Logthumper, great idea, what type of latch system did you go with on the door? I noticed the black bracket on the closing end , is that part of it?

Drifter:
No latch yet. I made the door change a while back to be able to use the space to store all kinds of stuff. At that time I checked on the price of the latch assembly and decided it was not worth it. The angle you see on the door is made from a piece of magnesium (I like working with the stuff). One screw with square insert head is used to keep it closed. Works fine and is quick and easy to open/close when necessary. I will install the proper latch assembly when I find one at a better price. Really happy with the faucet. Will no longer have to carry hot/cold water out when needed.
