I want to adjust my main roadside slide out. When fully extended, it seems the left side while looking out sits a little low and doesn't seal the best. From looking at my manual, it looks like I have the powergear electric slide. Any guidance on the making the adjustment? I see what looks like two bolts on the exterior on each end of the slide that may do something or not.

Thanks in advance.

crah....I've never adjsuted mine, but I know what bolts you're talking about. My question would be.....does the slide fit evenly in the opening when the side is in. I think if you adjust those height bolts, you may change how it fits in the opening.

That adjustment link that Gordon66 provided makes sense. I added it to my Monaco info files. Always finding something new.

Don,

When the slide is in, the left side of it is high when looking out. The slide itself works fine in movement, but I do know it's not lined up properly. I don't want to adjust it causing other problems either. I figured others may have tried adjusting their slides, but it doesn't look like it.

I would leave that for the Pros. You could end up throwing the whole thing out of kilter.

When we first got our coach the front road side slide needed to be adjusted. It was too high in the rear. I had it to the factory service center in Indiana and asked if they could check it out and adjust as necessary. They made it worse than it was. I called Lippert and they sent me the procedure I attached in the earlier post. They said to make the adjustments and run it in and out in steps to make sure it wasn't binding. All went well with on problem. Mine was 3/8" lower in the rear than in the front. Works very smooth now.
