Is there a way to adjust the windshield wipers on how they park when you shut them off? I have the two piece windshield and the wipers park in the middle when off, but have two problems. They don't park even and they seem to be pretty far off from the middle of the windshield. Right now the left wiper sits about 4 inches away from the centerline, and the right wiper sits about 6 inches away from the centerline.

Thanks in advance.

The actual "park" is a product of the motor assembly. What you can do is to reposition the wiper arms after the motor parks. If you remove the nut where the arm attaches to the drive shaft, you should be able to pull the arm off the shaft and relocate it to the position that you would like them to rest.

And doing so will change where they wipe when running which might be a problem.

Crah,

yes, the motor will park the wipers (Almost at the same place) all the time but depending if the windshield is dry or wet or if you're driving at speed, it might vary. Yes, you can remove the bolt on the wiper arm and move it by one notch but it could too much...and it will change the sweeping.

On mine (One piece windshield, I found that one notch was too much and I was mad at looking at it! What I did is look behind the fiberglass front end where the motor and the arm are bolted and I found that you can loosen the control arm (Two nuts) between the motor and the wipers and rotate it to adjust it perfectly.

Now on mine, the wiper are perfectly level and it makes for a nicer looking MH.

BTW, did you notice that even on the factory pictures, the wipers are almost always crooked

crah....My wipers did the same thing on my two piece windshield. Being as anal as I am, it made me crazy. Pull the wipers away from the windshield and loosen the nut that holds them on the shaft. Carefully pull them off and shift them one spline. It may take you several trys to get it correct.

Mine now rest about 1" from the center windshield bar. They don't move as far outward as before, but I rarely use the wipers. Even when I do, they give me plenty of viewing area.
