Our 2004 Windsor refuses to self level or level for travel. I can do it manually but not automatically. It used to work but just refuses now. Checked all fuses they are okay. Box that contains unit is stable and not damaged.

Dennis, who made the leveling system? Was it Power Gear, HWH, Firestone or some other brand?

Dennis; If your unit is like mine you have the HWH system. When you hit the level button twice does the not in park light come on. If so you have a bad park brake switch. If not call HWH and they will help you trouble shoot it, I assume from your post you have checked all of the fuses in the control box.

I am interested in this discussion. My 05 Sceptre has the firestone leveling system, but it works fine for now so what advice would you give if that was the system that was discussed above..Just curious

Dennis, do you have to hit your "AIR" button twice to make it auto level. Sometimes I forget and hit it once and walk away to do something then remember and have to come back and hit it again. The other thing that has happened that stopped mine from leveling was the PARK switch malfunctioned so I had a "NOT IN PARK WARNING LIGHT" on the panel. If you have an HWH system then it can be reset by first hitting the "EMEGENCY STOP" button then set the system to "TRAVEL" mode.

Is your amber reset switch/button illuminated?
