Air Intake replacement hose

Help: Wow, who would think it would be difficult to find an air intake hose? My 2002 Windsor uses a 7" X24" long flex hose. It's thin wire reinforced strong fabric. I went to Peterbuilt, on line to auto parts, Dates, Dayton. Nothing zip, nada. Anyone out there know where to find this?Thanks, Mike
