It does seem one could hear it leaking down that quickly .
We used to take a 2 or 3 ft piece of hose and with one end
held tight to the ear we would probe around all the bags , hoses and
fittings .
Usually we could hear that fast leak .

I haven't looked to see but I assume the 2 right frt bags are tied
together by a hose , you could eliminate one bag at a time and
if one of them doesn't leak probably the other will .

You know when the air is removed from the bags it will come down
so be sure it is either empty or you have it supported well before
trying anything .

All lights appear to operate normally. I used a Phone-to-tablet PC
Skype video connection to observe the lights while I operated the control panel.
Next step is to check the voltage at the solenoid. If good, will pull
the solenoid, clean and replace o-rings OR replace solenoid.
HWH has them in stock.

Better & easier idea is to swap the R & L connections at the R & L LOWER solenoids. When I did this, the problem remained on the R. Time to pull the solenoid.
Ordered a new one yesterday. Will wait until I receive it to replace the old one. That way I will have a spare IF I can refurbish the old one, the problem will be fixed and I can resume normal operation.

BTW, HWH offered to refurbish the old one for $76 + shipping. Such a deal......NOT <VBG>

We used to have a moderator " Mike Canter " that did a really good write up
about repairing / rebuilding the solenoids .
Here are links to his threads , there may be more threads .

http://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/air-...em-160935.html

http://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/air-...re-165649.html

With his parts list ( o rings ) you can rebuild the solenoid for literally pennies or not
much more .
He shows the tools needed too .

When I rebuilt my solenoids I did not remove the aluminum manifold , instead
I removed the solenoids from it and left the air lines and manifold in place .

Be sure the wires are labeled to show their location .

So here is the list of O-Rings needed. I'm about to order 18 sets of them to have on hand. Of course $14 is no problemma;-)

Where did that list come from ?

There is an O ring inside the solenoids that HWH does not include
in their kit , at least they didn't when I was working on mine .
I believe Mike Canter talks about it in his thread .

He mentions here
"Les, I had no problem finding the -028
try here 028 V90 Black Viton O-ring [V90028] : The O-ring Store - Online distributor of O-rings, Seals, and Kits!, We make placing your o-ring order and getting your o-rings online easy!"

that it is this O-ring:

-028 V90 Viton (FKM, Fluorocarbon) 90 Duro O-Rings [V90028] : The O-Ring Store LLC, We make getting O-Rings easy!

I extrapolated from that part number, -028, that the -015 and -019 rings
would be the part numbers would be similar and they seem to be.
Does that not make sense??

Yeah , I think 3 will be the total no of O rings
It's been quite a while since I did mine and couldn't quite remember
but I just went back and read a little of Mikes post where he mentions
the o ring inside and that there are 3 total so I believe you will be set
when they arrive .
I do remember that when I actually got them apart it was all pretty
straight forward , no big question marks , just cleaned every thing up
and installed the new o rings then reassembled .

Good luck

I just copied the info from what Mike Canter posted.
He did all the work. Very nice job.

Be careful when you get to the tag axle. there are 2 different valves. They look the same but the orfice is a different size. Think about only removing the valves, I used channel lock pliers to remove just the valves.

What size (or part number) is the pin wrench used to replace the inner o-ring?
