I have disassembled the entire unit. It has Actia part numbers on it, but no results on google. There are 2 separate circuit boards, one inside the module. The plastic module that is cracked has no circuitry at all. Hopefully on Monday I can get more info from Actia, if they even still make the part.

Bill767,

If you could post a picture of the ACTIA unit, it may be helpful. The two separate circuit boards are different.

I have disassembled the entire unit. What I finally found was the leak was not coming from the cracked plastic. The manufacturer installed a brass "bushing" that the air fitting goes into, so even with the cracked plastic, the air should have nowhere to go. It turned out the leak was caused by bad air fittings that I bought. They have small O-rings that should seal against the brass, but they didn't. I finally fixed it, at least temporarily by reinstalling one of the old fittings, the other had fallen apart, and because I couldn't find the exact fitting I jury rigged it up with a reducer to a 1/8" air line to a new fitting. I also put a little silicone grease on the O-rings, and for now, I have no leaks. I will find out on Monday if I can just buy the plastic piece, the rest of it looks like money Also, I have never added pictures before so I don't know if it worked.

That plastic piece looks exactly like the one on mine in post 4. The rest is different but they may have used that housing on several applications.

I bought the entire unit and asked if they would sell me that housing so I could have a spare. It took a managers approval, I had the feeling that it only happened because I had purchased the whole unit. Regardless the housing was less than $2 but the minimum shipping fee is $30. Let us know what happens.

Our modules are a bit different, but who did you talk to. Would you have a contact number or email? Thanks very much

Doesn't the black plastic piece mounted on the board look like yours?

I cannot find the invoice with my notes but I called Actia at the Elkhart, IN office (574) 264-2373 and they transferred me to the correct person.

Yes it was the brown line that blew out of the electronic piece.

Even at 2000 rpm the air goes out faster than the pump can supply!
Trust me, you will have no air and the brakes will be on fully in ten seconds if it let's go

I got hold of Actia today. They have to sell me the whole part for $200, and it won't be available until Feb of 2019. I am working on clarification if that is my entire part or just the plastic piece and its circuit board. Will update when I know.

I would ask very nicely if they would also sell you the little plastic piece so you can have a spare. It worked for me.

It may help if you are holding your Lucky Rabbits Foot when you call.
