Aladdin Parts

We are sitting here at Lazy Days in Tampa, FL getting some work done on our coach. We have two joysticks on our Aladdin system and both of them do not work in the down position. We were hoping to have them replaced while we were here, but were told that Aladdin was no longer in business and they do not have these items in stock.

Does anyone know where there might be some Aladdin parts available?

I doubt Aladdin had a patent on the joy stick. As far as I know the joy stick in the Allading had up and down, right and left and push button functions so you might be able to find a joy stick from another application that would work. You might look at some of the surplus electronic sites, or google joy stick to see if you might locate a joy stick.

We do have the joysticks that Pusherpilot points out in stock so let me know if you need a couple.

In regards to the Aladdin System, it is a product line within Monaco, so Aladdin is not its own company/division. The Aladdin line was just discontinued, it couldn't go out of business because it wasn't its own business to begin with.

The manufacturing division of our company has been working with Monaco to begin building replacement parts for the Aladdin system, and we believe those will be available within the next month or so. You will have to purchase the replacement parts for the Aladdin system through Monaco, but they will be available.

If there's anything else you need some help with just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Jim,
I reread your post and if both joy sticks do not work it could be something different that is the problem and not the joy sticks. It could be the Aladdin control module or a connector. Hopefully I'm wrong, a control module might be expensive or, worse yet, very difficult to find.
