The aladdin monitor in our 06 Beaver shows both legs of power off when hooked to shore power and the same when the gen. is running. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Roger

You may have a loose data cable from the power CT's to the decoder. You should be able to contact Aladdin and they can help by walking you through diagnostics on that coach.

I have the same system and when no voltage is showing on either leg either using the generator or the shore power I know my power relay is failing. But first are you sure you have A/c power in the coach? in ours the only way you can be sure is see if the A/C units will turn on. If they do then the problem is in the Alladin unit

I am dealing with Monaco for a new Aladdin Brain. Monaco LLC is having them built by a company they hired to do so. Don't know the date when they will be ready yet. If you need help with Aladdin you need to contact Monaco LLC. They actually own the patent to it.
