ALARM 2013 HR Ambassador 40

Doing my pre trip check-ups. Engine, warm up, Generator under load and so on. Turned off gen and engine. above the cockpit, there is what I thought was a speaker, tho smaller then the other two up there. Now I have a constant tone and some noise in the background form it. 5 years, never heard a sound from this. I do think it is some kind of speaker tho. Cannot shut it off. HR plugged into house, no fear of killing battery. HELP!!!

Could the Gen set door be ajar? Not sure if they are alarmed.

Was told by another owner (same model/year/size) that it is a speaker for surround sound. Finally stopped, must have been something crossed.
