Allison 6 speed

I have a 1999 Holiday Rambler Endeavor and like to find out what number the filters are for the Allison 6 speed trans and it looks like it has two. Any help I would be appreciated for the information. Also, I read on this site that class A RV's seemed to have a lot of blow outs. Any info as to why? Thank you enjoy the read....

If you enter your Allison serial # here, you'll find out about your transmission.

My Transmission

Not sure of your chassis manufacturer, but Spartan and Freightliner also offer much information when VIN is entered.

Do you have the data sheet or build sheet for your rig. It will have the transmission model & SN info on it.

If not contact HR and request a build sheet.
Contact Holiday Rambler
Use the center column

If your transmission is an Allison 3000 it probably (but you need to confirm).
High Capacity Filters PN 29548988. It can be purchased from multiple sources, last one I bought was ~$45 including shipping.

As to the blow outs, considering the number of RV's on the road there probably isn't a high percentage but you hear about them from forums such as IRV2. Invest in a good Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) worth every penny, I had 2 slow leakers I found withing weeks of installing mine. Low air pressure is probably one of the main reasons for tire failure.
