Close to buying a Ambassador but right now I do not have one close to look at for my question.

I have a bulky several hundred pound box that measures 25 inches in height and is long enough to require one of the pass-through bays.

Can some one advise the vertical clearance height at its slimmest restrictive point . . . probably inside at the frame rather than the door itself. Not sure here as I am going from memory.

The unit I am looking at is a 2008 model with the sliding drawers. If only one bay goes through and there is not enough clearance with the drawers can they be easily removed?

Know of any weight restriction for the storage bay?

Rock.

I have a 2007 Ambassador SKT. I will take a picture and give clearances when I get home this afternoon (about 2 hours from now)

Here is the picture I promised with the dimensions. Mine is just one big bay with 2 doors (per side) and pass straight through to the other side.
