A quick question---- just installed a new Dometic Penguin system with a Comfort Control Center to replace a Carrier Heat Pump system.--- that is another long and expensive story as to how I got the Carriers. Save for another time.
Everything working fine but the fan does not shut off in the Cool Mode. In the older Carrier Air V we had, the fan would run a while then cycle with the compressor as needed.
Question is should the Penguin's fan also cycle with the compressor? Seems to me it should.
Best Regards

Yes. It should off, but not necessarily right away.
Do you have the fan setting on auto?

Four button duo-therm Comfort Control units.
5 button Comfort Control units.
See if these links help you.

Do have the fan setting in auto --- will look at the schematics I have to see if there is something obvious. Am guessing that there is a thermistor in the coils which may shut the unit down after a period of time.
Best Regards

On a five button control if you put the FAN in AUTO then the fan will cycle with the compressor.

Just went out to check the unit and adjusted the Control Center Thermostat to 78 degrees and the evaporator fan shut off. This is with the 5 button unit in the Auto Cool position. Will check tomorrow and see if the unit cycles on and off with this setting and keeps the coach comfortable.
Thanks to all who have responded to this thread and the info provided is beneficial for sure.
Best Regards
