Have a problem with the Fan-Tastic-Fan elevation motor in bathroom.
Called Fan-Tastic-Fan and spoke to Bob Beratta and his response was, "It will be in the mail today, at no charge."
First time I have ever ordered a RV part where the part is free also the mailing.
Thanks to Bob Beratta, at Fan-Tastic-Fan 810-724-3818

I had a similar experience a few years ago. Told them I broke it and how my stupidy did it. Didn't matter they said. Part was free.

You ain't gonna believe this. I do insurance adjusting for hail storms, etc. I recently had a unit in Colorado that had hail damage to the fantastic fan. I asked the shop why they only wanted the labor and no charge for the part and they said because Fantastic supplied the part for free.

The company name sums it up. One Fantastic Company.

I have heard similar great stories about Roadmaster & Brake Buddy. Good advertising they get around campfires and on the net. Wise choice. More companies should follow their lead.

RB

PS: I just remembered. Several years ago on my first motor home I hit a curb and damaged my wheel cover. Wheel Masters I think it was. They replaced it for free. Said it had a lifetime warranty for any reason.
