My Monaco Windsor came with Goodyear RV G670 22.5" tires. After about two years and 10,000 miles they started exploding. We were on a trip to Yellowstone and every few hundred miles one would separate and explode. I put BG Goodrich on the rear and two expensive Toyo's on the front. We have never had another problem since.

My last two cars came with Goodyear runflats. They are junk! They ride hard and are very noisy. I replaced them both with Michelins and there was a world of difference.

I am really not a fan of Goodyear tires. Someone mentioned they are the new Firestone and I agree.

BFG is a division of Michelin and they do make good tires.

Thumbs down Front tire (steering tire) wear

I just replaced both front tires 36,000 miles and 7 years old. I replaced then because of age and rivering. I replaced them with Toyo steering tires. Yes steering tires. They are designed with special tread that limits the amount of wear on the inside and outside tread. Cant tell yet if it works, only 2,000 miles.
Dealer (Les Schwab) said that most all HD trucks use steering tires to eliminate premature tire wear on steering axle.
My last two motor homes, Alpines, were equipped with Toyos. Both had rivering problems. Niether had steering tires.
Will report later if this solves the problem.
