Yes. The tables published by the manufacturers are cold pressure. Get the weights, look up the correct pressure in the tables, then adjust the tire pressure when cold.

If you have a CB, they will talk to you at the Flying J (I don't know about the other truck stops) on channel 1. The one I weighed at in SC you couldn't hear anything over the speaker and it was very hard to reach.

I don't play the weigh the rig game. I go by what the axle is rated for and set tires for that rating. I set my rears to handle a higher load for when the tag axle is raised. I noticed no difference in ride by running a lower pressure. ie. have a 14,000 lbs front axle, set your tires for that and you don't have to worry.

I weighed my rig when I first got it to see how much stuff I could carry but set tire pressure to axle rating.
