I have a 2009 Safari Simba 30sfs with Workhorse.
The heating radiator is leaking next to the a/c radiator in a big black box on the upper left side of the engine compartment when facing the motorhome. Anyone experienced this? Anyone opened box to get access to heating radiator? Is it complicated? Some of the screws seem unaccessible on left side of box (Simba help line told me that the a/c and heating system is installed before cap of motorhome is installed.)
Thanks for your help

After lifting the carpet on the passenger side on the firewall, I found 4 bolts and realized they were holding the heat exchanger on the other side.
With the help of my friend Guy, we disconnected the 2 hoses for the heating radiator, and the hoses for the cooling system. The hard part was removing all the screws (stuck in silicone) that hold the black channel from the fan. Some were completely hidden on the side, and hard to reach. Guy went between the cap and the front of the engine, (I was too fat), so we tried to remove the box from the hood, but the opening was not big enough. So we removed the chrome grill, and had to cut a small section at the back to take it out. We found the problem - aluminum radiator is leaking like mad. Now I have to find a replacement radiator - the whole system is from Specific Climate System, part #0087-00409, serial# SM2147331. The dimensions of the radiator is 16 x 6-1/2 x 1-3/8.
The in and out are on one side. Any ideas?
Thanks

Is it the engine cooling system radiator or the cab heater core that is leaking? Either way I'd take it to a radiator shop and see what they can do. Monaco/Safari parts may have it too.
