Do we have any Moanco Dynasty owners out there, if so chime in and tell about your coach and your relation with Monaco.

Jestme,

I don't understand your question. I'm not with Monaco, we will soon be owners of a new Moanco and I have assisted Tim DeMartini at DeMartini RV Sales, in the sale of Monaco Products.

I have to tell you, we looked long and hard at a lot of coaches and picked them apart piece by piece. Then asked if we could, with the manufactures help, make one the way we wanted it. At a time, March till June, when sales have fallen off, this venture paid off. As we got our new Dynasty just the way we wanted it. Thanks in part to Moanco Engineering Dept, Mr. Snell- National Sales Manager, Fred Donley- Customer Support/Inside Sales and a guy and his family who are more then just RV Business Owners, but have become friends, Tim DeMartini.

Between Tim, his family and the folks at Monaco we pulled together a team that is second to non and there is nothing they can't and won't do for the customer. It is unblievable, but true.

Some folks will notice a big change in my DEMEANOR, well it all has to do with the folks we had to deal with and the folks who made our last coach. They aren't worth talking about any more. What a relief and load off our backs.
We are off to better times and better relationships, which is what RVing is all about.

Thank you too, Uncle TomCat.

Radarr

Radarr,

I am rather new to this forum, so I've missed your posts about your previous RV. Without going into detail, do you mind telling what brand you had?

Thanks.

Radarr, seems I have had thwe same experiance as you did with yer previous coach, except that mine is a Safari, a Monaco product. Since I have not gotten any positive response from Safari, or Monaco, and now there is no Safari dealer with in a days drive from me, I think you may understand my attitude toward the Monaco family. I envy your good fortune of having such a supporting dealer ship. Best of luck with yer new coach, and I hope to see you down the road.

Radarr,

Thanks for your private post. I'm not very computer savvy and wasn't able to reply to it to thank you for replying. Thanks for the time and courtesy.

Bev, Your quite welcome. You don't have to be computer savy, just tap on the REPLY at the bottom of the message.

To view your private messages, after you log in, go to the GO box at the top left and tap on it. It will open your file and you'll see MY SPACE. Tap on it and you'll see a group of files including PRIVATE MESSAGING, tap on it and it will open all private messages you have received and sent. After a while you can clean that file out by just checking the box next to the message you want to remove. It's really easy once you do it a time or two.

Took delivery yesterday and have a couple things on a very small hit list to do. Will give an unusual report next week, that even surprises us. Utmost positive position we've had in the past year. Stay tuned, you'll be surprised also.

Can't wait to read your report, Radarr. This is better than a movie-plot, we all know it's going to have a very happy ending but are anxious for the details.....

I too, am curious about this plot as well. I did buy my coach from DeMartini ( Indiana store) but dealt with Tim the whole way until I picked it up there. That part has been positive. Tho I have a small list of repairs myself, I plan on revisiting the factory or Demartini to have them repaired. I am interested in hearing radars story.

Congrats to you Radarr on your new Dynasty 43' DP!!

Glad to hear you've gotten a new outlook on RV'ing thanks to a new coach and I look forward to hearing more of your experience with your new Monaco product.

Hey Crudeman (ya gotta know there's a story behind that name!):
who was your salesman at the Indiana store? Or was everything handled thru CA?

Thanks!
Ron

Yes Ron, I did all my dealing with Tim and went to Indiana to test drive the MH once I was satisfied with the price etc. I internet shopped for almost a year before I settled on this rig and they by far was the nicest and had the best prices around that I could find. Rod the sales mgr and his son helped with all the paperwork etc. when I went back to take delivery. I went there and brought it back to Texas, a experience I am glad I did. Nice folks there. Oh the color of your rig sure looks familiar..lol.. mine is the same color if that is what I see. ( Spanish Moss) ? my inside has the wood plank floor type instead of tile. So far all good here except for a few small things.
