While traveling down the road, my wife sat on the couch on the passenger side slide out and it "popped" the corner of the slide. Now I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

A corner of the slide out room, under the couch, popped down. I got a picture from Monaco of the framing in the slide and wonder if anyone has had this problem before and what did they do. The room floor has popped down, but this doesn't bother the mechanism, It is the corner of the room/slide.

Sooo, if I am looking at this from outside, you see a gap at the bottom edge, or did a roller poke a hole in the bottom of the slide?

No, the gap is only when the slide is in because there is NO support under the floor. I think the weld in the very corner (the aluminum) was cracked and broke loose.

OK, I think I have a good visual now. If the weld broke the only way to fix it correctly would be to get at that area and re-weld. You may be able to get a piece of 1.5" x1.5" x 1/8" stainless steel corner and install it on the bottom of the slide from the outside, making a new corner. Depends upon how the slide is framed.
Please e-mail the framing drawing to MonacoMama for posting.
I actually have an 8' piece of stainless that I just bought to do just this addition on mine since I noticed what appears to be a loose bottom piece (hopefully not the framing) on the same slide you are having the problem on. I am also going to install a flat piece of stainless for the rollers to ride on as they seem to be creating indentations on the bottom of the slide. Especially the bed slide.
Oh man, I just got another visual...Are you maybe talking about the front edge of the slide going from left to right on the inside under the couch??

Yes, that is the area I am talking about.
I am attaching pictures that I took today so you can see the area. When the room comes in it drops down 1/2/nch.
I think I am going to put a pice of angle iron or something along that whold wall, and try to hit the metal of the structure inside the room behind the couch.

Sorry I did not see these earlier. Without being there, it appears that the sidewall of the slide has come loose. The roller under the slide floor is not far to the right so that should stop the actual floor from moving too much. I would also check the slide roller.
I would pull the slide in part way and see if you can move the sidewall of the slide up and down, unless you can actually see a dip in the slide floor itself. Does your couch have a removable drawer where you can see and maybe try to move things
