Patriot Supply - 030G4332 The Aqua hot is supposed to have a new nozzle and filter every year. Above is a link for the nozzle for $8.50. I paid $22.00 at the Big Tent in Q. If you order one at that great price my commision is a cold one!!!

Moisheh, I have a question on that Hago nozzle 030G4332. I went up on the Hago Nozzle website and tried to find that nozzle so I could verify the angle and shape of the spray pattern plus the GPH. I cannot find it listed anywhere. Do you have that data and how does it compare to what the Aqua Hot requirements on spray angle, shape of spray and GPH? The Aqua Hot requirement for a nozzle to flow only .035 GPH is really on the low side of fuel oil nozzles.

Do we know what brand and part number the nozzles are that are purchased directly from Aqua Hot so there can be a direct comparison?

This is what I have found out. The Aqua Hot requires a 0.35 GPH, 60 degree, solid spray pattern fuel nozzle with a built in double filter. That part listed by Moisheh at Patriot which is a 030G4332 is actually Hago .035 60*B DFN nozzle which meets all the requirements.

Yes that is correct. Too bad that Aqua Hot chose to use that nozzle as it is not a popular item. If it were different one could buy the nozzle from a heating supply house. Also too bad that the link I posted has that Ebay disease where you price something low and double the freight charges.
