Hi all-
I took my DIP in today for some minor warranty work as I am coming up on one year of ownership. I did not take it to the selling dealer as they are 400 miles away but to a local "authorized" dealership. Fortunatly I think most of the list is minor in nature as we have been blessed with a problem free year.

However I did ask the service writer to go through it front to back and inspect it in case he sees a problem that I didn't. He then told me he will need the card that Monaco sent me authorizeing this???

Another Monaco product owner overheard this and showed me a postcard that was sent to him from Monaco a month ago (he expires in May)that authorized an inspection and a free wash (LOL)

Question is do all Monaco owners get this? And who should I contact to get one?

I'm sure someone will have more experience with this one-year checkup, but we did ask about it for our 2007 La Palma since we were going to hit the one year mark while on the road. I'm pretty sure I spoke with Monaco Tech Support (or it could have been Tammy Lee who schedules appointments ?) and they confirmed that we would have received the post card in the mail. I remember telling them we would not be near any dealer to get the service done, and they said we could contact them to schedule the one-year checkup even if it occured after the anniversary date. We resolved the issue by trading the '07 in on an '08.

Hey Sacs -- You`re rite on when you stated that OUR dealer couldn`t fix anything -- Probably, not even a decent wash -- Bill Willard

It doesn't have to be done at the selling dealers, it can be done at any authorized Monaco dealer. I had the Dynasty done at the same dealer when I traded for the Signature.
