Update:
Per the manual I have wired 12V keyed power to the travel valves and she comes up set travel height. The manual says you have to do this if your going to drive it with computer out. I'm taking it to a friends this coming weekend to rebuild all 12 air valves while the controller is out to HWH. They all calling me with an authorization to ship it to them tomorrow.

That's all good news. At least finding the problem is good!

Well It has been a long road as usual. The controller has been sent to HWH to repair per their troubleshooting instructions. That wasn't all of the problem though. I rebuild...resealed all 12 air valves and without the controller I temporarily connected the travel valves to keyed power and set the ride height. The coach now drive the best it ever has. Tracks straight with both hands off the wheel...even on our grap AZ fwys. One hand now and no pulling...I love it. Thanks for all of the help on this forum!!!
