Awning problem - Carefree Colorado

Attachment 9356I have a 2004 HR Neptune with a Carefree Colorado one-touch 18 ft patio awning. When I was retracting the awning, I heard something snap. Checked and found on the non-motorized site a roller assembly for the belt broken. I have a hard time finding this part. Part number: R00899, Description: Strap Guide Kit. Pictures attached. Note that there is only 2 pieces of this roller assembly that I actually need - belt guide and shaft or pin for the roller OR I would be willing to purchase the complete assembly if necessary.

Your assistance would be most appreciated.
