HELP for 1999 Holiday Rambler headlights
While driving down the road our headlight mounting support (don't know what you call the black box the headlights attach to) fell to pieces. I see headlights online, but cannot find the part to connect them to. Several emails to Holiday Rambler parts have gone unanswered. Have contacted a few salvage yards, but either no reply or they don't have. Does anyone know where I might find this part? Substitutions? Can't use the motorhome with the big whole where headlights used to be! It's an Endeavor

The term for this piece is a headlight bucket.

Monaco would often make many parts like this one. They would heat up a sheet of plastic, cut to size, and place it on a mold full of holes. Then they would apply vacuum to the mold and suck the plastic into the mold. After it cools a bit, they would eject it and trim the edges. Now they have a part.
Since those molds are all gone now, you are on your own to fix what you have. Finding a used one would likely be as brittle as yours.
If you know a good fiberglass shop, take what’s remaining of the bucket, along with the the one from the other side to them. Be very careful removing both, as they will be fragile.
Hopefully, they will be able to reconstruct the broken one after seeing its mate. And, at the same time reinforce the good one before it lets loose.
Be sure to qualify the shop before turning over these pieces. With these buckets being so scarce, you will need to be careful.

My 1998 HR Endeavor uses standard ford explorer headlights with a simple aluminum L bracket above and below to hold in place. I can send pics if you need.
It looks Like your front of body shape is same as mine best i can tell.

My 98 Dynasty uses ford Bronco lights and when I replaced them I got the housings also.
I used the old ones as it save me from modifying the new ones. They were plastic

Thank you
Thanks for the suggestions. We got the headlights, but needed a way to connect the two together and mount to motorhome. Husband built a bracket out of wood and metal and it seems to be working fine!
