Battery Maintainer/Protector

I think something is wrong here. My LE-415 Battery Maintainer/Protector the green led light stays on. With no shore power, no generator, no inverter, no solar panels. I did turn the domestic battery cut off switch off. And it went out. Waited about 5 minutes turned the switch back on and the green led light comes back on.
Is the unit bad?

That's weird, did you try turning off your inverter at the inverter to see if light goes out.

On mine the only connections are with the batteries. I think the light indicates the house batteries are fully charged and passing current to the chassis batteries. Outside connections would be irrelevant.

Bob-

Here is a link to a Google search of iRV2 posts with the term "LE-415" in them:

https://www.google.com/search?q=%22L...utf-8&oe=utf-8

This post (from the list) describes the operation and LED states:

http://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/chas...ml#post1038193

Your combiner may be operating normally.

The company that made and serviced the LE-415 is no longer in business, as far as I know. Thus, some of the links in the posts are dead.

After reading the post below, I stand corrected. The Lambert should only be active if the house batteries are at 13.5 volts. That would be impossible without the inverter charging, so coach would need power from somewhere.
