I have used Sikaflex 1a to repair loose bay door skins on both on both fiberglass and aluminum.

I have seen hook and loop velcro used on inside panels.

3M trim tape. Same as used to hold trim on your car. Get it at NAPA and it comes in different widths. If you need just a little, go to a local body shop and get it. It is double sided and make sure it is where you want it when you stick it. Peel a little off on one side and stick it down, then pull and stick as you go. Same method on the other side.

Re: 3M tape, there is a black pro tape and a grey DYI available, Get the black at a body shop supply place. 3M 5200 sealant/caulk the fast dry version would hold too if you have to squeeze it into a tight place.

Some of my 'skins' were showing a gap from the aluminum framing. Can't get a tape product in there. I used 5200 which is really a boating product. It is designed to work below waterline. It comes in a squeeze tube or a caulking gun tube. Not cheap. The squeeze tube will be more than enough. Squeeze a bead between the skin and the frame. I took a 1x2 board for both the exterior and inside and 'C' clamped them and left them for a day. They will never come apart again.
