I have a 2005 Diplomat with bay dors that scrape the underside of the slide when they open. The problem is generally on the curb side although the drivers sdie doors hava also scraped on occaison. Recently a passerby by stopped to tell me that he too had a 05 Monaco Diplomat with the same problem. He reported that after many futile trips to the service dept for bay-door adjustments Monaco finally did a major modification including shaving the door tops, installing a new trim piece on the door tops, and installing a new header to close in the now open space on the body above the reworked doors.
By his comments I assumed that this was a common problem with 2005 Dips. but my search of this board didn't turn up any posts discussing this problem.
1. Has anyone have any experiences like I've described?
2. Who or how would I go about contacting Monaco about this issue?

I had an 05 Diplomat and had the same problem. Sometimes it would be fine and others it would rub the bottom of the slideout. Mine was mostly on the drivers side. It was all how it was leveled.

Never really worried about it to much.
