Bay Lake & Joel Elmore

i know this is not monaco specific but bear with me! we looked a bay lake in auburdale fl. a couple of days ago. in spite of it not being very sold out at this point it is going to be an impressive place. many more options than most when it come to the casitas and many other things. my question is a gentleman by the name of joel elmore is now the man in charge. it seems that joel was the head cheeze at monaco's luxury division before the blow up. he seems like a straight shooter! what do you know? jim

Jim, Might want to do some inquires on CRF communities. They own Bay Lake, Deer Creek, Lake Aston and other CRF communities. I have heard through the grapevine, they are not in great financial shape at this time. It seems they purchased a lot of the Chinese drywall, which was used to build many of the homes in Lake Aston. As such many of these homes must be completely renovated which has financially drained the company. If they go chapter 11 it will certainly affect all their properties.
